Digital healthcare has become increasingly popular in recent years due to the intersection of technology and healthcare. These services include mobile health, health information technology, wearable devices, telehealth and telemedicine. Digital healthcare encompasses a broad range of technologies and services aimed at improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Digital health can be defined as the use of technology to improve health and healthcare delivery. Consequently, evaluation of digital healthcare services is crucial to inform the development and implementation of future digital healthcare services and improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
